VYOLive
Child Safety Standards
Last updated · October 30, 2026
VYOLive (a VALYGO Labs product) has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to everything on vyolive.com and the VYOLive apps — live streams, meetings, recordings, channels, feed posts, comments and chat.
1. What is prohibited
- Any content that sexualises, exploits or endangers a minor, real or generated
- Sharing, requesting, linking to or trading CSAM in any form
- Grooming, sextortion or any attempt to contact a minor for sexual purposes
- Promoting, normalising or offering services related to the abuse of children
These rules apply to all users, including guests, and to live and recorded content alike.
2. Who can use VYOLive
VYOLive is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts, and accounts we believe belong to a minor are removed.
3. How to report a concern
If you see content or behaviour that may harm a child, email [email protected] with the subject "Child safety report". Include the link to the channel, room, post or recording and the wallet address or display name involved, if you have them. Do not download, copy or forward the material itself.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police or emergency services first.
4. What we do with reports
- Child safety reports are prioritised over all other reports
- Violating content is removed and live rooms are ended
- Accounts involved are permanently banned
- Evidence is preserved as required by law
- Apparent CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the relevant regional and national authorities
- We cooperate with law enforcement requests related to child safety
5. Moderation tools
Hosts can mute participants, remove people from rooms, restrict chat to the host, and use waiting rooms to admit only the people they choose. Creators can delete posts, comments, chat messages and recordings on their channel.
6. Contact
Our designated child safety contact can be reached at [email protected]. We are able to speak about our CSAM prevention practices and compliance.
