1. Who we are

VYOLive provides video meetings, live streams, creator channels, and on-chain payments settled in VYO on VYO Smartchain. Contact: [email protected].

2. Information we collect

• Account & wallet — wallet address, display name, optional email for invites, and JWT session tokens after you connect.
• Meetings & streams — room metadata, chat messages in rooms you join, recording files you choose to keep, and feed posts you publish.
• Payments — on-chain transaction hashes and amounts are public on VYO Smartchain; we may index tips, subscriptions, and ticket purchases for your dashboard.
• Device & logs — IP address, browser type, and error logs needed to operate and secure the service.
• Media — camera/mic/screen content is processed in real time via LiveKit for your session. We do not sell your live media.

3. How we use information

• Run meetings, streams, channels, and the content feed
• Show balances, tips, subscriptions, and VODs in your account
• Send meeting invites or reminders you request
• Prevent abuse, debug outages, and improve reliability
• Comply with law when required

4. Blockchain transparency

Wallet addresses and payment amounts on VYO Smartchain are publicly visible on explorers such as VYOScan. Off-chain profile fields (name, avatar, feed text) are stored in our databases under your control to edit or delete where the product allows.

5. Sharing

We use infrastructure providers (hosting, object storage, LiveKit, email) strictly to operate VYOLive. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users and the network.

6. Retention

Account and channel data are kept while your account is active. You can delete posts, channels, and recordings where those controls exist. Server logs are rotated on a limited schedule. On-chain history cannot be erased.

7. Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, and least-privilege keys for storage and APIs. No method is perfect — protect your wallet seed phrase; we never ask for it.

8. Your choices

• Disconnect your wallet and clear local session storage anytime
• Edit or delete channel profile and feed content you own
• Request account-related help at [email protected]

9. Children

VYOLive is not directed at children under 16. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
