Terms of Service

1. The service

VYOLive offers video meetings, live streaming, creator channels, a content feed, tips, subscriptions, ticketed access, and related tools settled primarily in VYO on VYO Smartchain. Features may change as we ship updates.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction
• Guest join is allowed for many meetings; wallet connect is required for tips, paid plans, and creator tools
• You are responsible for activity under your wallet and display name

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, scam, or illegally exploit others
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content
• Attempt to disrupt LiveKit rooms, APIs, or smart contracts
• Impersonate VALYGO, VYOLive, or other users
• Circumvent gating, tickets, or payment flows dishonestly

We may suspend access for abuse or security risk.

4. Creator content & license

You keep ownership of content you post or stream. You grant VYOLive a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, and display that content as needed to run the product (including CDN/storage and LiveKit). You confirm you have rights to what you publish.

5. Payments & blockchain

• Tips, subscriptions, tickets, and plan purchases are blockchain transactions
• Platform fees (for example tip fees) may apply as shown in the product UI
• Transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed on-chain
• Gas fees and network conditions are outside our control
• You are responsible for tax obligations in your location

6. Plans & meetings

Free and paid plan limits (participants, duration, recording, broadcast) are described on the Pricing page and may be enforced in software. Scheduled meeting invites are best-effort; delivery depends on email providers.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Video quality depends on your network and device. Smart-contract and wallet risks remain yours.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VALYGO LABS AND VYOLIVE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR LOST-PROFITS DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF CRYPTO ASSETS DUE TO USER ERROR, PHISHING, OR THIRD-PARTY WALLETS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) FEES YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PRIOR 3 MONTHS OR (B) 100 USD EQUIVALENT.

9. Indemnity

You will indemnify VALYGO Labs against claims arising from your content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using VYOLive at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations or to protect the platform. Sections that by nature should survive (payments, disclaimers, liability) will survive termination.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
